What response time should I expect?
Initial responses are typically within 0–24 hours during US business hours (8:00am–5:00pm Central). Sessions are usually scheduled within 1–5 business days, based on availability.
What migration work is covered?
We support Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure, Power Platform, tenant-to-tenant migrations, PowerShell automation, and modernization planning.
How does it work?
After payment, we confirm scope and schedule. A minimum of 1 hour is billed per session, in 30-minute increments thereafter. Work is performed remotely via screen-share, email, and secure access as required.
What if I need more time?
You can purchase additional blocks at any time. For larger migrations, we can switch to a project or managed services engagement.
Terms & Conditions
- Billing: Minimum 1 hour per session. Billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
- Scheduling: After purchase, we’ll confirm details and schedule your first session. All work is performed remotely.
- Response window: 0–24 hours initial response during US business hours; sessions typically scheduled within 1–5 business days.
- Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a 30-minute fee.
- Hours validity: Unused time rolls forward and does not expire. Hours are non-refundable after use begins.
- Scope & data: You retain responsibility for data classification and providing necessary access. We can sign an NDA on request.
- Liability: Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable block of hours.
