- ✓Test common user journeys: opening files, editing documents, submitting forms, approving requests, sharing files, finding content, and escalating support issues.
- ✓Confirm migrated Power Apps and Power Automate flows run with correct connections, permissions, owners, error handling, and monitoring.
- ✓Validate that business owners can complete the actual process the system supports.
Operational handover
- ✓Document known issues, post-migration changes, support owners, runbooks, and governance actions.
- ✓Schedule review sessions with site owners, Power Platform owners, support desk, and administrators.
- ✓Close migration waves only after business validation, issue triage, and owner acceptance are complete.
